Modern love letter

I was rummaging around one of the boxes that I keep up high in a closet, one full of old notes and concert tickets, when I found this insert I made for the first mix CD I ever gave to Jon. It was 2001, I was working at one of my favorite jobs at a design agency, had access to all sorts of supplies, so I designed this cover in illustrator, printed it out, spray-mounted it to heavy poster board, and then sealed it with a small decorative square I had cut out of a magazine. I think it got my message across because within a week he had moved in with me.
