Deprivation never tasted so good

This is what I had today for lunch on this, the fourth day of my cleanse. (I had two of these) It's a hard corn tortilla (the only kind I could find that did not have any added sugar), vegetarian refried beans, roasted and minced garlic, fresh tomatoes, plus an avocado mashed up with salt. I then squeezed a fresh lime over the top. Next time I eat these I'll add some fresh shredded lettuce, a few chopped up green onions, and a sprinkling of cilantro. I'm pretty sure I hurt the avocado's feelings when I ripped off its husk.

Heather talks about overcoming depression on today's Momversation.

  • @HitOrMissJudy I wrote it to be helpful, so I'd say it'd be nice. I might be a bit biased, however.
  • The thing I get most on my iPhone? My breakfast.
  • It's only six o'clock? There is no shame in going to bed this early, right? RIGHT?!
