Rescued Iraqi dog coming to America

It's just a news story, alas, and not a video about a Marine who saves a dog in Iraq, although I would like to see a dramatic recreation of these events because I'm always looking for another reason to cry. There's a point in this report where the Marine refers to the animal as "that crazy damned dog," and you know the amount of emotion he felt when when he said it, that he meant it as the most loving thing you can say about something that drives you crazy and yet has simultaneously transformed your soul. That's when I lost it, and Jon had to say, nope, not ever, we are not in a million years flying to Iraq to rescue stray dogs, FORGET ABOUT IT.
