Our house is north-facing, and the only time we really get any light in the living room is in the late afternoon or close to dusk when the sun finally finds the northwest window. And of all the light in our house, this is the best to take photos in. Here it really emphasizes the features of her face that are still very young, still round and cherub. It helps that she was sleepy at the time, too.
